Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with KIDD HUNTA! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Please read the following guidelines and instructions for returning your order:

 

Returns Eligibility:

- We accept returns for any reason within 14 days of receipt of the order.

- All products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

- All products must have all original KIDD HUNTA tags still attached.

- For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs, bodies, swimwear, and pierced jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

 

Return Process:

- To initiate a return, please fill in the return form included with your order.

- Send the completed return form along with the item(s) to the relevant address provided on the return form.

- Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged and include the original packaging, if possible.

 

Return Costs:

- The shipping costs for returns will not be covered by KIDD HUNTA.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the tracking code as proof of shipment.

 

Refunds:

- Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price of the returned item(s) within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and approve your return.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, except for gift cards and e-gift cards, which will be refunded as store credit.

- Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.

- Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price will be refunded in full via store/online credit.

 

Exchanges:

- We offer exchanges for unworn items returned in their original condition and packaging.

- To request an exchange, please include the details on the return form and indicate the desired item for exchange.

- Please note that all responsible return costs are applicable to the customer.

 

Late or Missing Refunds:

- If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your account balance with the payment method used.

- Refunds may take some processing time before they are issued.

- If you have not received your refund and have contacted your payment carrier and bank, please email us at sales@shopkiddhunta.com for assistance.

 

Faulty Items:

- We will accept returns for faulty items..

- Please email sales@shopkiddhunta.com with a description of the fault, images of the item, and your order details to rectify the issue.

 

Damaged Goods During Shipment:

- Please check your item(s) immediately upon receipt.

- If you receive damaged goods during shipment, please email sales@shopkiddhunta.com immediately with images and a description of the damaged goods.

- We will issue a refund for the damaged goods, and you can place a new order.
