We are excited to announce that our first drop of the Resurgence line is now available for pre-order. Please note that as this is a pre-order sale, there will be a lead time of approximately 40 to 45 days before your order is shipped. This extended lead time is necessary to accommodate the intricacies of production and the overwhelming demand we have received for our products. Rest assured, we are committed to delivering the highest quality garments that meet your expectations.

We understand that waiting can be challenging, but we believe that the anticipation will only heighten your excitement when you finally receive your order. We sincerely appreciate your patience and support as we work tirelessly to create the best streetwear experience for you.

General Estimated Delivery Times:

 

The estimated delivery time for your order depends on the destination country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please note that delivery times may be affected during holidays and sale periods.

 

Deliveries within Zimbabwe:

- Delivery Time: 1 to 3 business days.

- Free shipping is available for all orders within Zimbabwe.

- You have the option to choose standard shipping to your preferred address or pick up your order at a local Post Office Pick-up point. Please ensure you have a valid ID document when collecting your order.

 

Deliveries within South Africa:

- Delivery Time: 5 to 9 working days.

- Free shipping is available for all orders within South Africa.

- Please be aware that delivery times may be longer during sale periods due to the high volume of orders.

 

Deliveries within Africa:

- Delivery Time: 7 to 10 working days.

 

Deliveries to all other countries:

- Delivery Time: 9 to 12 working days.

- Packages will be shipped using our standard shipping service, which may utilize carriers such as FEDEX, UPS, or DHL.

 

Shipping Costs and Taxes:

- All shipping prices include VAT.

- Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply to international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery.

 

Shipping to APO, Post Office Box, or FPO Address:

- Unfortunately, we do not ship to APO, Post Office Box, or FPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical address for delivery.

 

Sale and Holiday Season:

- Orders placed during sale periods are confirmed only after receiving a shipping confirmation email. Please note that your order may be canceled if any items are out of stock.

- During holiday periods, please expect a longer delivery time due to increased order volumes. Rest assured, we are working diligently to process your order as quickly as possible.

 

Product Appearance:

- The product images displayed on our website and/or app are for illustrative purposes only.

- While we make every effort to accurately display product colors, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will accurately reflect the colors. Actual product colors may vary slightly.

- The packaging of the products may also vary from what is shown in the images on our website and/or app.

 

Processing Guidelines:

- All products on our website are subject to availability and require payment before processing.

- If any products you have ordered are out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification, we will contact you.

 

Delivery Date Estimates:

- We strive to deliver all orders within five working days of order processing.

- During holiday and sale periods, please allow for a 5-12 day delivery window due to high order volumes.

- Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be updated online.

 

International Shipping Policies:

- For international orders, import duties and taxes may apply upon reaching your country. You are responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.

- International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

- As the importer of record, you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country where you are receiving the goods. We will not be liable or responsible if you violate any such laws.

 

Undeliverable and Refused Packages:

- We are not responsible for packages that are rejected for any reason or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address. Please ensure that you provide a valid and complete address during the order placement process.

 

Inspection:

- Upon receiving your order, please inspect the delivered products to ensure they are in the expected condition.

- If the products are not in the expected condition, please contact us at sales@shopkiddhunta.com as soon as possible. Provide us with your order details, contact information, and a description of the problem, along with photographic proof if possible.

 

Shipping Errors or Damaged Products:

- We take pride in selling high-quality products and conduct thorough quality checks before shipping.

- If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a free exchange or refund.

- For refunds, we will issue a full refund within 30 days of receiving the wrong or damaged product, following our Shipping Policy guidelines.

 

Events Outside Our Control:

- We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of our obligations if caused by events outside our reasonable control.

- Such events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, acts of war, acts of terrorism, transportation disruptions, or any other unforeseen circumstances that may affect the shipping and delivery process.
